Easter Card

Hello my crafty friends. I don't make many Easter cards. Probably because I only have one Easter Stamp set. It's Honey Bunny from Mama Elephant.
To create this card I used papers from Pion Easter Collection. Images were colored with Copic markers.

I continue to use sketches from Sassy Sketcharinos. This is their third.

I would also like to enter my card to these challenges:

Little red wagon - #334 - Happy Easter/Spring
Decorate to Celebrate! - #6 - Anything Goes
Crafty Gals Corner - #64 - Easter or Spring
The Paper Shelter - #241 - Easter Time
MarkerPOP - #91 - Critters

Holly Jolly #68

Hello and happy Tuesday to all fans of Holly Jolly Christmas Challenge. We are back with a new challenge.
This time out task is to use an item from our stash.

We have some awesome sponsors: All Dressed Up, Morgan's Artworld, Fred She Said

For my card I used an adorable Snow Lady from Fred She Said.
I colored it with Copic markers.
From my stash I pulled out some old old Stampin Up papers (some 8 or 9 years old) and a snowflake charm that I got who knows when.
The circle behind the snowflake is covered with glitter, to add some shimmer, but it didn't photograph well.

Thanks for stopping by.

I'm sorry my post is late, I just figured out that I scheduled it to post on Thursday instead on Tuesday.

Come and Get It - Add stitching

Hello my crafty friends and welcome to a new challenge at Come and Get It. This week we have to add stitching to our projects. Real or faux it's up to you.
I hope you will join us.

Sponsor for this week's challenge is Scrapper's Delights.

For today's card I used image Easter Egg Bunny.
This is quite and intricate image, so I decided to make bigger, almost 6 inch square card. I colored it with Copic markers.
Background papers are from Pion's Easter collection. I added stitching around.

Sassy Sketcharinos #002

I was checking out my trusty sites for some sketches to get my creative juices flowing and decided to make a card for the Sassy Sketcharinos challenge #2. It's a cute sketch with many cool examples from the design team.

For my card is used stamps and dies from Clearly Besotted - Some Birdie Loves You.
I colored them with Copic markers. It was interesting googling parrots to look at their colorful feathers.
Background is airbrushed with Copics.

Sassy Sketcharinos #001

Hello, my crafty friends. Today I made a card for the first sketch at the new challenge blog called Sassy Sketcharinos.
I used a flower stamp from Mama Elephant and colored them with Copic markers. The sentiment stamp is from CTMH. I adhered it on the background cut out with a Spellbinder die.

Here is the sketch.

Holly Jolly - L is for Lace

Hello everyone! It's Tuesday and we at Holly Jolly have a new challenge for you. This time the task is to add lace to the card.

We have some great sponsors this week. The Stamping Boutique, Bugaboo and QKR Stampede.

For my card I used the Natalie digi from The Stamping Boutique.

I colored the image with Copic markers. Since I didn't have turquoise cardstock, I colored the edges of the white paper with Distress ink pad.
It didn't photograph well, but all the white parts of her outfit are covered with flocking powder to add the dimension.

Don't forget to check what did the rest of our design team created.

Come and Get It - Favorite Technique

Hello and welcome to the new challenge at Come and Get It. This week we are creating cards with our favorite techniques.

We have a great sponsor this week: Odd Ball Art Stamps
For my card I used Oddball image - Bella Image No. 218, which I colored with Copic markers.
I used the emboss resist technique on the background.  First I heat embossed the Hero Arts stamp with white embossing powder. Then I loaded a dauber with several different distress inks and then rubbed the dauber over the embossed background.

It's a fun and easy technique that everyone can do.

Don't forget to check out what the rest of our design team created.
